Remote Support is available. The hourly rate is $80/hour. The minimum charge is for remote login support is $50.

Step 1: Call us at 541-317-8484 so we can help you now!
We are available Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST.
We also have 24/7 voice mail and most messages are answered right away.
Step 2: Click on Zuni to start the tech support session. >>>
Step 3: Then click on the GREEN LETTERS that say "Show My PC"
This will download the file to launch the session. After the download completes, launch the application.
In Internet Explorer, choose "run" when the download dialogue box opens.
In Google Chrome, look for the download in the lower left hand corner of the browser window. Double click on the file.
Step 4: Tell the passcode to the technician.
Look for the window titled "TKO Remote PC". There is a 4 digit code on the left hand side. Now, give the code to the technician to start the remote session. After the session is complete, please restart your computer.
